Dr. Agnieszka Jankowska has extensive professional experience in both public administration and the private sector. She began her career at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, where she was responsible, among other things, for the structural preparation of the Agency to implement EU-funded programs under the Cohesion Policy. Between 2005 and 2010, she worked as the Spokesperson for the Minister of Development and later as the Director of the Department for Operational Program Management – Competitiveness and Innovation at the Ministry of Development.
In subsequent years, she continued her career in the private sector, working for General Electric and currently for T-Mobile Polska, where she is responsible for corporate affairs and public sector relations, external communications, and key public projects in the aviation, energy, healthcare, and banking sectors, and more recently, in the fields of electronic communications and digital policy.
She previously served as Chair of the Supervisory Board of Huta “Łabędy” S.A. (2008–2011), Member of the Supervisory Board of GE Engineering Design Center – GE Company Polska (2017–2021), and Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank BPH (2018–2022).
Since 2020, Agnieszka Jankowska has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland, and since June 2022, she has served as a Management Board Member of the Digital Poland Foundation, responsible for digital education. As of July 2025, she is also a Member of the Council of the WWF Foundation.
Between 2023 and 2025, she served as a Member, and since 2024, as Chair of the Council for Digitization at the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
Agnieszka Jankowska is a graduate of the National School of Public Administration and the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), and holds a Ph.D. in Economics.
