Ola is an independent member of the Supervisory Board of TBC Bank UZ – a rapidly growing fintech and payment platform in Central Asia listed on the London Stock Exchange. In the past, she served as VP Strategy & Corporate Development and Chief of Staff to CEO at Allegro, she was a member of the Supervisory Board at eBilet.
Before that, she was also the Director of Strategy, Projects and Digital Transformation at PKO Bank Polski and a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where for 12 years she was involved in projects in the financial, retail and pharmaceutical sectors related to growth, digital transformation, innovation strategies, efficiency improvement and M&A processes.
She managed many projects abroad and worked for offices in New York and Milan. She is a graduate of Finance at the Wrocław University of Economics, the AMP program at Insead School of Business and executive education programs at MIT Sloan School of Management.
