Doctor of Economics in the field of business management. Graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, with a major in Management at the Faculty of Law and Administration. Longtime research and didactic employee of the University of Economics in Poznań and an academic lecturer at the Higher School of Banking and the Jagiellonian College. Author of dozens of scientific publications on management and marketing. She is also affiliated with the business world as an independent expert.
Management experience gained in managerial positions primarily in large manufacturing companies with polish and foreign capital. Conducts training and business consulting in the field of processes management. She is a certified moderator of the design thinking method and a certified Agile PM. She currently manages the ESG area in a large capital group from the energy sector (Energa SA part of the PKN Orlen group) where she is responsible for the implementation of new EU regulations on sustainable development, ESG raitings and non-financial reporting.
She is also responsible for cooperation with external partners such as UN Global Compact and PKEE. She is a member of the ESG Committee at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, the Innovators Council at the ESG Association, and the Working Group for Improving ESG Reporting among Polish Companies at the Ministry of Finance.
