Experienced manager in the Telco/ICT sector. He has spent a significant part of his career working in the USA, the UK, Sweden, and Japan.
An expert in delivering complex IT projects, with extensive experience in change management, market positioning, and building organizational structures – both within international corporations and in the dynamic environment of tech startups.
For several years, he has been successfully supporting foreign companies in establishing a local presence in Poland.
Currently, he serves as a board member and Managing Director of PacketFront Software – a Swedish OSS/BSS software provider.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at Warsaw University of Technology and holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. He also studied at the Faculty of Physics at Uppsala University.
He is currently enrolled in the postgraduate program “Supervisory Boards for Leaders” at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
Andrzej firmly believes that success is born from passion, curiosity, and determination in pursuing one’s goals. This belief accompanies him in every challenge – both professional and personal.
A passionate triathlete and long-distance runner. He has twice completed a full-distance Ironman (226 km).
