Andrzej Nitecki brings 25 years of experience across HR, Sales, Shared Services, and Operations, having led complex organisational structures in state-owned, private, and family-owned businesses. He has successfully managed large-scale transformations, operational optimisation initiatives, and leadership development programmes.
He has nearly 7 years of consulting experience in:
- organisational transformation,
- operations and restructuring,
- leadership development,
- strategic advisory.
Andrzej has also worked within CEE regional structures (Hungary, the Baltic States, Poland), delivering cross-cultural and intergenerational leadership and transformation projects. His professional background includes roles at ENEA SA, Stora Enso, Poczta Polska, Interak Group, PZU SA, and PZU Życie SA.
He holds a degree from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and completed executive programmes such as:
- INSEAD (Managing Across Cultures),
- AMP – IESE Business School,
- postgraduate studies at the Poznań University of Economics and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
