She has over 15 years of experience in the banking sector holding managerial positions in structured finance and corporate banking at banks such as HSBC, DNB, Deutsche Bank and ABN Amro. She currently serves as the Managing Director of BLender Poland and a Board Member of BLender Lithuania, an international FinTech company in the Consumer Finance sector. In this role, she has overseen the company’s entry into the Polish market, strategy development and business growth in Poland.
She participated in numerous business restructuring processes and the optimisation of financing sources, as well as the structuring and organization of complex financial arrangements for companies across various industries in both Polish and international markets. She has extensive experience in developing collaboration with international teams across different business areas, overseeing the implementation of strategic cross-border projects and promoting the foreign expansion of Polish enterprises. She has gained solid experience in building and developing corporate strategies.
She holds a degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Gdańsk and was a scholarship recipient at Hague University in the Netherlands, where she specialized in Banking and Finance. Anita is also a graduate of the postgraduate program “Professional Supervisory Board Member” at Kozminski University.
