During her career, she managed legal and compliance departments at PZU, Link4, Metlife and InterRisk for 15 years. She effectively implemented compliance and corporate governance systems in organizations, combining legal and business approaches. Passionate about cooperation within teams, employee development and building engagement.
A graduate of postgraduate studies in Insurance Law (University of Insurance and Banking), European Law (WPiA, University of Warsaw), Human Capital Management (Warsaw School of Economics).
