Currently associated with the Polenergia group, where, as an advisor to the management board, she supervises foreign projects related to the development of onshore wind farms. At the same time, she is a member of the management board of Polenergia Fotowoltaika S.A. and Managing Director of Wind Farm Four in Romania.
A financier by education, a graduate of the Wroclaw University of Economics.
She began her professional career in companies with foreign capital, i.e. ABB Dolmel Ltd (now GE Power), then at Adtranz Pafawag (now Alstom Polska) where she took part in restructuring and optimization processes, as well as implementations of ERP systems.
Since 2000, she has been mainly related to the Polish energy sector.
In the years 2000-20015 in the Zespol Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. as Vice President of the Management Board for Finance. She was responsible for financial areas (accounting, controlling, treasury), as well as in various periods for IT, sales and internal audit areas. At the same time, she served as President and Vice-President of Elektrownia Pątnów II sp. z o.o., which implemented one of the largest energy projects at that time, where she supervised the process of obtaining financing for this investment, cooperating with both commercial banks and international financial institutions. She played a key role in the IPO process of ZE PAK SA in 2012 in the preparation of the prospectus, as well as relations with investors. After the company’s debut on the WSE, she supervised the area of inwestor relations.
Between October 2015 to January 2016 at Tauron Polska Energia S.A. as Vice President of the Management Board for Finance, carrying out the acquisition of coal assets.
In the period from 2012 to 2015, she was a member of the supervisory boards of subsidiaries of the ZEPAK group: PAK KWB Konin SA and PAK KWB Adamów SA, PAK Volt SA, Elektrownia Pątnów II Sp. Z o.o., PAK Gornictwo Sp. z. o.o., and from the Tauron group: Tauron Wytwarzanie SA and Tauron Wydobycie SA.
From August 2021 to May 2024 – Director of the Strategy and Development Management Department of ENEA Group, responsible for acquisition processes, in particular acquisitions in the area of RES,as well as the construction of the capital group strategy, including the Group’s climate policy. She supervised some of the key development programs realised by the Capital Group.
Since 2018, he has been conducting business activity in the field of business consulting, implementing projects in the area of investment project evaluation, preparation of investment financing structures, cost optimization, reorganization, project management.
Participant of numerous training programs, including “Creating Value Through Financial Management” at Wharton School University of Pennsylvania and the ABB Management Development Program co-organized by ABB and the Kozminski Academy. Winner of the Women’s Energy (Energia Kobiet) Award 2023 in the Energy of Development category awarded by the Lower Silesian Institute of Energy Studies (DISE). Anna Striżyk was listed as one of the 25 Women of Energy of Forbes Woman magazine in March 2025 and 15 Women of Energy of the MyCompany Polska monthly.
