A seasoned executive with extensive experience in auditing, finance, and management. He began his career at BDO, analyzing and auditing the financial statements of industrial companies, and then he worked in the Planning and Analysis Department at Levi Strauss Poland.
He gained managerial experience as the Financial Director of a company that is presently an integrated part of the Orkla Group. For more than two decades, he has been associated with the Arkema Group, where he served as Finance Director, Managing Director/President of the Management Board, and Regional Leader for Central Europe. In these roles, he was responsible for operations, multi‑country structural integration, financial oversight, and transformation initiatives, including digitalization.
He has extensive experience in international and cross‑functional environments and is valued for his transparency, steady leadership, and ability to navigate complex issues. As a non-executive director, he brings expertise in corporate governance, finance, management, and digital transformation.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in Finance and Statistics, specializing in managerial accounting, he also completed an executive program at INSEAD.
