Daniel Lipnicki is an attorney-at-law, Member of the Management Board of Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion sp. z o.o., and an executive with many years of experience in the investment firms sector and capital markets.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, completed the Center for American Law programme organized by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and completed the “AI Business: Technology, Law, and Applications of Artificial Intelligence” programme at Kozminski University in Warsaw. He also holds an MBA degree from Kozminski University.
He gained capital markets experience at the Warsaw-based law firm Gessel, Koziorowski sp.k., where, in addition to providing ongoing legal advice to issuers of securities and working on public offerings, he was also involved in mergers and acquisitions matters.
Since 2011, he has been associated with the investment firms sector. He initially served as an attorney-at-law and later as Director of the Legal Office at Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion sp. z o.o.; from 2017, he also acted as the company’s commercial proxy. During this period, he supported, among other projects, the development of a distribution model unique on the Polish market, based on a network of agents of investment firms.
In 2018, he joined Noble Securities S.A., where he headed the Legal Department and supported the Management Board as a commercial proxy. Since 2019, he has again been associated with Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion sp. z o.o., where he served as Head of the Legal and Compliance Office and as commercial proxy. In March 2022, he was appointed to the Management Board of Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion sp. z o.o.
Since June 2023, he has been a member of the Council of Brokerage Houses, the supervisory body of the Chamber of Brokerage Houses — the largest independent association representing the interests of investment firms in Poland. Since February 2025, he has also been a member of the Professional Practice Committee at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. He also serves as a judge of the Exchange Court at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
