Dominika Stępińska-Duch currently acts as Chair of the Supervisory Board of Respect Energy Holding S.A. and Chair of the Supervisory Board of Respect Energy Fuels. She is completing the International Directors Programme (IDP78) at INSEAD in Fontainebleau. She serves as Secretary General of the European Fraud and Compliance Lawyers (EFCL). She is fluent in Polish, French, and English, with working knowledge of German, and operates across multicultural professional environments.
Between 2019 and 2024 she served as Local SVP, General Counsel and Head of Corporate Affairs and Operational Risk at TVN Warner Bros. Discovery Group, sitting on the management boards of the Group’s Polish entities, including TVN S.A. Earlier she was Partner and Head of Business Crime and Compliance at Raczkowski Paruch (2015–2019), and Partner co-leading the Business Criminal Law practice and Head of the French Desk at Wardyński & Partners (2009–2015). She formerly served as Head of the Polish Delegation to the CCBE, Officer of the International Bar Association’s Women’s Interest Group, and was a founding member of the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators (IAFCL). She is a non-practising advocate of the Warsaw Bar Association and a legal counsel (radca prawny), and a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw; she completed postgraduate studies in fiscal and economic criminal law at the Jagiellonian University, and also holds a diploma from the Université de Poitiers and a Stage International at the Barreau de Paris. She formerly served as Vice Dean of the Warsaw Bar Council.
