Dorota Godziuk has over 25 years of experience in banking sector, including many years in managerial positions. Dorota is an expert in credit analysis, structuring of credit transactions and corporate credit risk management. Currently Dorota works at Santander Bank Polska S.A as Head of Corporate and Investment Banking Risk.
Dorota has worked for leading banks on the Polish market in the past: Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Bank Pekao S.A., Bank BPH S.A., and Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. She was a member of the Bank’s credit committee as well as many advisory and investment committees.
Dorota is certified member of supervisory boards in state-owned companies, backed by experience. In 2015-2017, she served as a member of the supervisory board at TFI BGK S.A. and PFR S.A.
Since 2019, Dorota has been conducting training activities dedicated to the banking and financial sector. She is an author, trainer, and co-host of workshops on financial analysis, credit risk assessment and risk management.
Dorota is also involved in social and educational initiatives. She is the co-founder and vice-president of the “Ekspertki Razem” association, which aims to support women’s professional development.
Dorota is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed a one-year banking staff training program organized by the Austrian Banker’s College in Vienna and Deutsche Bank AG in Berlin.
