Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of the technological company drEryk SA, a long-term strategic and business advisor to management boards of leading Polish and international companies – among others: Adamed Pharma, Adamed Technology, Budimex, Canal +, Kombud, Lewiatan Holding, Siegenia, Wielton.
In 2005-2017, a partner, board member and managing director of Hewitt Associates in Poland, later Aon Hewitt, responsible for the development of the Polish market, CEE, and then in 2013-2017 leading the European Talent Consulting Practice. Since 2017, he has been running his own consulting practice in the field of strategic management and executive team coaching. He is a long-term lecturer at the ExMBA and MBA programs of the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology, where he is the Leader of the Strategy Module. He is a mentor at the MIT Enterprise Forum Poland. In 2017-2019, he cooperated with the Polish VC Alfabeat fund and consulting the selected start-ups in go-to-market strategies.
He is a graduate of management programs at INSEAD, MIT, Singularity University, Harvard Business School, Cornell University, and London School of Economics (in the field of Strategic Management Accounting). Currently, he is in the proces of certification for independent members of supervisory boards under the International Executive Directors program organized by INSEAD.
