Currently, he is an independent member of the Supervisory Boards of Novavis Group SA and Kancelaria Medius SA under restructuring (he was appointed to the Supervisory Board after the start of the restructuring process). At the same time, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Instal Kraków SA for over 12 years. Previously, he was also the chairman of the audit committee in this company.
He has 30 years of experience in the capital market, including over 20 years of experience in management and supervisory boards of listed companies. He started in 1993 as a licensed securities broker at Trigon SA, then in the years 1999-2008 he was the vice-president of the management board of Alma Market SA, and for the last 12 years (until 2020) as the president of the management board of VRG SA.
He is active in the Sterling Angels association, which is a platform integrating the Business Angels community.
A graduate of the management department of the Cracow University of Economics.
