During her 13-year tenure at Dell Technologies, she served as a Board Member overseeing the Commercial and Enterprise business units, while co-creating the company’s Go-To-Market strategy and operational governance framework in Poland.
She brings extensive expertise in developing partner ecosystems and multi-tier distribution networks across the CEE and CIS regions, built through her experience at Dell Technologies, iiyama Benelux, and Action S.A. She combines strong commercial leadership with organizational transformation expertise as a Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci®). Partner at Scotwork Poland and a Negotiation Coach, she advises executive teams on building strategic negotiation advantage and resolving complex business conflicts.
She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warsaw and completed leadership programs at Kozminski University.
