Iwona Jarzębska is a seasoned C-level executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in international and publicly listed companies across the FMCG and biotechnology sectors. Her career spans a broad range of strategic and operational areas, including research & development, quality assurance, large-scale investment programs, supply chain management, and organizational transformation.
She has held senior leadership roles at prominent organizations, including:
- Carlsberg Polska– Vice President of Production/Supply Chain, Management Board Member & Vice President; Supervisory Board Memberat Bosman Brewery, Kasztelan Brewery, and Słodownia Sierpc. She also served as a Member of the Carlsberg Group Quality Council, overseeing global quality policies.
- Agros Nova– Operations Director, Management Board Member; Supervisory Board Member at Agros Nova Soki.
In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Iwona has successfully served as an interim manager and senior advisor for both publicly listed and privately held companies, including those backed by private equity. Her expertise includes:
- Post-merger integration of multiple entities
- Supply chain redesign, including production and distribution reallocation
- Internal plant production transfers
- Due diligence execution and support for SPA negotiations
- M&A execution and full post-deal integration
She brings deep experience in restructuring, Lean implementation, change management, and driving operational excellence across complex, multinational environments.
Iwona holds a Master of Science in Food Technology from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and has completed executive education programs at IMD and INSEAD, specializing in executive and strategic management.
