Corporate finance specialist and investment analyst. Kamilla is currently an independent member of the Supervisory Board and member of the Audit Committee at Inter Cars S.A. She has extensive experience serving as a non-executive director (NED) including in two large, publicly listed industrial companies, Kety Group SA and PCC Exol SA, where she also chaired the Audit Committee, and at Giza Polish Ventures, a venture fund that made over 30 investments, including Vivid Games and Audioteka, and was a top performer in its category in Poland.
In the United Kingdom she served as a Governor and member of the Audit Committee of Long Road Sixth Form College in Cambridge and as a Trustee and member of the Finance Committee of the National Union of Students.
Since 2018 Kamilla has been affiliated with the University of Cambridge Judge Business School where she mentored startups, including entrepreneurs on the Master of Studies in Entrepreneurship programme and SMEs in Barclays Eagle Labs. She also co-managed a portfolio of companies in the university’s enterprise accelerator – Accelerate Cambridge until 2024. As a Fellow of the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, Kamilla led finance workshops and taught Intrapreneurship Practice.
Previously Kamilla was an Investment Director of Mezzanine Management, the first mezzanine fund in Poland. Before that, she was a banker with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Senior Advisor to management of Foksal closed end, listed private equity fund.
Kamilla received an MBA focusing on finance and accounting from Columbia University in New York and an MA in English Philology from University of Warsaw. She has been a UK Chartered Director (license no. 839) since 2010.
