Krzysztof Sędzikowski has been running his own business consulting business since 2011. He has advised the management boards of such companies as JSW, PLL LOT, PwC, LOTOS, Track Tec, Poczta Polska and others.
He has many years of experience as managing director, chairman of the management board and member of supervisory boards in many Polish and international companies operating on the Polish and international markets. He has worked, among others, in such industries as mining and metallurgy, private equity fund management, investment banking, wood-based panels industry, paper industry, logistics. He has led numerous restructuring and development projects, including companies such as PLL LOT and Kompania Węglowa PESA Bydgoszcz.
As an independent member of the supervisory boards of Budimex and Pfleiderer Group Polska, he served as chairman of the audit committee. He was also on the supervisory boards of such companies as Polish Energy Partners, Wydawnictwa Szkolne i Pedagogiczne, TP SA, AXTONE, EnergoBit (Romania) and on the boards and supervisory boards of the Track Tec group. He was President of the Management Board of, among others, KGHM Polska Miedź, Creditanstalt SCG Fund Management, Pfleiderer Grajewo/Wieruszów, Mondi Świecie, Boryszew, Impexmetal, CTL Logistics, Kompania Węglowa and PESA Bydgoszcz.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Technical and Agricultural Academy in Bydgoszcz and the Polish-German School of Management (Łódź/Mannheim)..
