Independent Supervisory Board Member and experienced CFO with long-standing practice in financial management and operations across Polish and international organizations.
She currently serves as an Independent Supervisory Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Unimot SA, as well as a Supervisory Board and Audit Committee Member at PCF Group SA.
In her supervisory and advisory work, she is a strong advocate for data-driven decisions. She specializes in integrating modern technologies—including Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions—into management, controlling, and strategic planning processes, transforming support departments into centers that deliver high-quality services and tangible business value.
She possesses broad competencies in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), acquired through the execution of complex capital projects. Her expertise covers the entire transaction lifecycle: from investment appraisal and securing financing, through restructuring, to implementing comprehensive business strategies and operational integration. She built this experience, among others, at Wincanton France, where as CFO she was responsible for the operational and financial integration of Western and Southern European companies following their acquisition from P&O Trans European.
Throughout her executive career, she has held key roles, including CFO and Management Board Member at Grupa PWN, where she managed the Shared Service Centre and optimized large-scale support processes. At Merlin SA, as a Management Board Member, she co-created the business strategy and prepared the company for sale. She further expanded her international and advisory experience as a Supervisory Board Member at Elemental SA in Luxembourg and through collaboration with the company’s founders’ Family Office.
Currently, she runs her own advisory firm, supporting businesses in financial and strategic transformation as a Fractional Executive. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw (specializing in Financial Management) and holds an ACCA qualification.
