A strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in building organizational effectiveness, change management, and oversight within international capital groups. She possesses a rare combination of legal, managerial, and operational competencies essential for serving on supervisory bodies.
Currently, she serves as Group Head of Talent at InPost Group, where she is responsible for talent management and human capital strategy at one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech-logistics companies.
Her managerial profile is built on solid Corporate Governance foundations. Previously, as a Director at Pelion S.A. (Poland’s largest healthcare company), she played a key role in reorganizing the Group’s structures following its delisting from the WSE, overseeing HR policy, regulatory relations, and the implementation of ESG standards. She gained energy sector experience at ORLEN S.A. (Executive Director) and as Vice President of Forum Energii, managing budgets, operational risk, and stakeholder relations during the era of energy transition.
She has proven experience working with supervisory bodies and audit committees. While managing the Trust for Civil Society in CEE (budget >$100M), she supported the Investment Committee and Audit Committee, overseeing processes across 7 countries.
The first Polish woman honored with the prestigious Yale World Fellow fellowship at Yale University. She holds an Executive MBA from Central European University and is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She has served as an advisor to the Prime Minister’s Strategic Advisory Board (led by Michał Boni) and on the Google advisory board.
