She started her career at the strategic consulting firm Roland Berger, where she specialized in creating strategies for the financial services sector both domestically and internationally. She has held key positions at companies such as Goldman Sachs, Natwest, Sygma Bank, and PayU.
She graduated in economics from the European University Viadrina in Germany and holds a European Executive MBA from ALK & Bradford University. She is also a graduate of the Professional Supervisory Board postgraduate program at Kozminski University.
She completed the coaching program at Kingmakers™ Academy and many mentoring courses. She is actively involved in initiatives supporting the development of women. She actively supports the development of the Vital Voices foundation. Mentor in the programs of the Vital Voices, the Business Leaders Foundation, and Women in Technology.
