ENG Magda Pavlak-Chiaradia is a seasoned executive with a broad sectoral background working with multinational manufacturing, energy, technology firms, retail and food sectors on sustainability and corporate governance topics. She is a sustainability strategist and ESG initiative executive for global firms and has integrated sustainability strategies to drive revenue along with growth. She’s been integral in M&A due diligence activities to evaluate and align sustainability initiatives and culture.
She served on the boards of the Polish-American Fulbright Commission, the Polish-American Chamber of Commerce and environmental NGOs in the United States. She’s sat on renumeration and finance committees. She holds dual nationalities (US and Poland) and speaks English and Polish fluently.
Magda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Marine Science from Northeastern University, Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on multinational integration from Endicott College, Massachusetts. She is a recent certification recipient in European Law. A regular speaker at global conferences on the impacts of sustainability regulations, risk, and sustainability reporting. She also served on Irish- American Chamber of Commerce Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Council and the Hydrogen Council working group on sustainable development goals.
