A senior executive and finance professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, capital raising, and growth management for technology companies, with a particular focus on Deep Tech, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Augmented Reality (AR).
She specializes in capital advisory, structuring debt and bank financing solutions including blended structures combining debt, equity, and EU funding as well as market expansion strategies in Asia, with a particular focus on Vietnam. Her expertise also includes executive oversight of AI implementation, digital transformation initiatives, and the optimization of technology-driven business processes.
Maja is a graduate of Kozminski University and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and holds an MBA in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation. She was awarded an academic exchange scholarship at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and has also completed the Professional Supervisory Board programme at Kozminski University.
