A recognized expert in real estate law, collaborating with key players in the real estate market, including developers, shopping center operators, construction companies, investment funds, private equity groups, and sovereign wealth funds.
From 2012 to 2024, held the position of Partner and Head of the Real Estate Department at Gide Loyrette Nouel, where he oversaw and managed the Real Estate practice, led key transactions, and supported clients in strategically managing legal risks and developing their businesses. Prior to that, he worked at renowned law firms such as Linklaters, Clifford Chance, and CMS Cameron McKenna, advising on the largest real estate transactions in Poland, including portfolio acquisitions of commercial assets and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) processes.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, a qualified legal advisor, who has completed numerous international programs in negotiation and management, including at Harvard Law School (Cambridge, USA).
