Serves as an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Strategy and Technology Committee at JSC Universal Bank (Monobank), second-largest retail bank in Ukraine and largest neobank in Europe, boasting a client base exceeding 8.5 million. Concurrently, Member of the Supervisory Board at Gremi Media S.A., a leading Warsaw-listed media platform specializing in the Business-Finance-Law segment and publisher of the “Rzeczpospolita” daily, recognized as Poland’s most opinion-forming medium of the past decade.
Over 20 years of international experience in the financial, technology, and banking sectors, specializing in transformations, growth strategies, investments, and innovation. Unique blend of entrepreneurial leadership as a CEO in the technology industry and executive management experience overseeing operations across EMEA and CEE regions for global banks and financial institutions. Extensive experience as member of supervisory and advisory boards for global investors, private equity funds, banks, and technology companies.
Since 2021, servs as a Senior Advisor for Central and Eastern Europe at Vauban Infrastructure Partners, a global investment fund with over EUR 10 billion in infrastructure and ESG assets, part of the Natixis group, with responsibility for strategy and investments in the region.
During 2021-2024 served as CEO and President of the Management Board for Atende S.A., an innovative capital group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, providing comprehensive digitalization and technology solutions for top-tier enterprises and public sector entities. Following restructuring, implementation of a new strategy, and transformation, he led the group to historically high performance levels.
Between 2014 and 2021, as Managing Director, led the commercial business of the global leader in ratings, analytics, and market intelligence, S&P Global, for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He introduced S&P Global Ratings to Poland and the CEE region, and subsequently transformed the business management model and implemented a new operational strategy for the EMEA region.
Began his career in corporate banking at Citibank and then worked between 2007 and 2014 acted as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Corporate and Investment Bank in London, where he was responsible for the German, Russian, CIS and CEE markets, simultaneously serving as the deputy director of the J.P. Morgan branch in Poland.
For many years, acts as Chairman of the Program Board of the Fintech & Insurtech Congress and Chairman of the Advisory Board at the Lesław A. Paga Foundation. Previously a member of the Supervisory Board of the private equity fund MCI Capital S.A., listed in Warsaw and specialized in digital transformation, as well as a member of the board of directors at the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland. Graduated of the Stern Leadership Academy at Stanford School of Business and the Leadership Academy for Poland at the Center for Leadership, with higher and postgraduate education obtained at the Kozminski University, Lund University, and the University of Warsaw.
