Marcin Pilarski is an experienced business leader with international expertise in the field of advanced analytics-driven loyalty programs and travel technology. Since 2018, as Managing Director and CEO of PAYBACK Poland, he has been responsible for both the local P&L and the shared services center of PAYBACK GROUP. He manages a team of over 300 specialists in CRM, data science, analytics, marketing, and IT experts.
Previously, for 15 years, he held key roles at Travelport, including Managing Director for Eastern Europe, where he was responsible for business development in 25 Eastern European countries. He also worked at the company’s headquarters in the UK as VP of Product and Marketing, overseeing the development of global technology platforms for travel agencies in more than 170 countries. In his professional life, he focuses on achieving exceptional business results through building strong and open teams and supporting personal development through mentoring and coaching.
He graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in Management and Marketing.
Privately, he loves sports, which he actively participates in with his entire family.
