Graduate in Banking from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the University of Warsaw. He completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw Institute of Banking and has participated in numerous courses and training sessions in the field of banking control, assessment of the profitability of banking products, methods of cost allocation, and capital allocation. In 2021, he passed the state examination for Candidates for Members of Supervisory Board, and in 2023, he graduated with distinction from the Executive MBA program at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
He has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, primarily in the area of financial controlling. From 2007 to 2019, he co-created and developed the controlling system of PKO BP SA. Between 2019-2024, he served as a member of the management board of PKO Leasing SA, responsible for the finance and accounting area. During this period, he participated in the acquisition of Prime Car Management S.A., initially leading the company and subsequently serving as a member of the Supervisory Board. In 2019, he was involved in conducting the largest securitization transaction on the Polish market, valued at PLN 2.5 billion.
