Over 30 years of experience in financial and capital markets within regulated institutions. From 2017 to 2025, he served as Managing Director of the Financial and Capital Markets Division (Head of DCM) at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, where he was responsible for managing liquidity portfolios exceeding PLN 270 billion, bond issuances listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, as well as the liquidity of government funds. During this period, he also held the position of President of the Management Board of the Three Seas Infrastructure Investment Fund Sicav RAIF in Luxembourg (approximately EUR 1 billion in assets, regulated by the CSSF).
Previously, President of the Management Board of BPH TFI (now Rockbridge TFI) from 2014 to 2017. Member of the ALCO and ESG Committees. Graduate of the postgraduate programme “Supervisory Boards for Leaders” at Warsaw University of Technology (2025–2026). Expert in financial risk management and corporate governance.
