Executive Leader | Expert in Digital Transformation, Market Operations & Supply Chain
Sabina Krzystolik is an experienced C-level executive with international expertise in business transformation, market operations, and supply chain management, gained through senior global roles at Unilever. She combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving the implementation of digital and AI-enabled solutions across complex organizations.
As VP Market Operations Europe & ANZ, she led the operational transformation of European and Australasian markets, integrating IT, Data & Analytics, HR, and commercial functions. She built a regional Data & Analytics organization serving over 4,000 users across 30 countries and launched the Integrated Data Foundation platform, recognized with the Databricks Innovation Award 2024.
Previously, as Global Chief Quality Officer, she designed and implemented Unilever’s first global digital quality platform – Quality ONE (22,000 users) – and developed AI-based solutions such as Digital Voice of Consumer, awarded the I-Com Data Creativity Award.
Earlier, as VP Supply Chain for Central & Eastern Europe and Factory Director, she led large-scale integration and productivity programs, delivering sustainable improvements of up to 60% annually and significant cost optimization across multiple markets.
Her work focuses on building resilient and smart organizations capable of thriving in times of constant change. She believes that lasting business value is created through well-integrated operational foundations – those that simplify complexity, connect data, technology, and people, and effectively translate digital transformation into measurable business impact.
She serves on advisory bodies, including the Advisory Board of the Silesian University, supporting innovation and collaboration between business and academia.
She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology and completed the Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy program at MIT Sloan Executive Education.
In 2025, Sabina was recognized by Forbes Poland among “50 over 50 Women” shaping the future of business and leadership.
