An experienced executive and board member with over 30 years of expertise in strategic management, mega-projects, and restructuring within the following sectors – oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, and renewable energy. He has worked with prominent organizations such as Gaspol, Orlen, Ciech, CTL Logistics, and Lotos.
In recent years, he has led projects with budgets exceeding PLN 30 billion. Since March 2024, he has been responsible for driving key development initiatives for the Orlen Group in the refinery and petrochemical segments.
In the 1990s, he joined Gaspol S.A., where he honed his skills in product management and sales. This experience shaped his approach to management and value creation throughout his career. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Kielce University of Technology, an MBA from the Kozminski University, and has completed numerous courses and postgraduate studies at Gdańsk University of Technology, Warsaw School of Economics, Harvard Business School, and INSEAD.
Privately, he is passionate about philosophy, modern history, and classic vintage cars.
