Wiesław Strąk is a leader with many years’ experience in implementation of strategy, reorganization and business development, restructuring, fund raising, controlling, accounting and process’ improvement. He has competences in building and managing complex multi-person international teams, with extensive matrix structures in capital groups.
He gained professional experience in organizations in Poland (PwC, Impexmetal, Orange, Sygnity, Dell, Orlen Upstream, Exact Systems, Poczta Polska) and abroad (Impexmetal, Dell, Orlen Upstream). Currently, he is the Vice President of Poczta Polska S.A. for Finance.
In the past, he sat on many supervisory boards (including Hutmen, Baterpol, Huta Aluminum Konin-Impexmetal, Telefony Opalenickie, Telefony Podlaskie).
He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and completed postgraduate MBA studies at the Warsaw University of Technology. He is a Fellow Member of ACCA.
