Aleksandra Zouner
Aleksandra has a broad experience in Finance and Controlling area in banking industry. She was leading complex transformations in matrix organizations and gained experienced during several mergers and acquisition projects. She is involved in building an organization culture focused on achieving results and defining strategic directions for the development of the business. She has successfully implemented several Business Intelligence solutions in financial institutions. She was gaining her experience working for big four companies: KPMG and EY. Currently, she held the role of Managing Director of the Management Accounting and Investors’ Relations Division in BNP Paribas Bank Polska S. A. she is also a member of the Supervisory Board of BNP Paribas Group Service Center S. A.
She is passionate about investing in human capital development. She is a Leader of the Women Changing BNP Paribas program and creator of development and mentoring programs WomenUp, FutureUp. She is also a member of the BNP Paribas Foundation Council.
Aleksandra graduated Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking as well as Management and Marketing. She is an ACCA (FCCA) Member and certified graduate of management programs at INSEAD Strategic Management in Banking and IESE Business School PMD.
