Andrzej Jackiewicz

He is an expert in consumer businesses with 30 years of experience in leading international FMCG and Retail companies (the last 15 years as CEO/MD), such as Procter & Gamble, Tchibo, Costa, and Media Markt. He has been responsible for the holistic transformation of businesses in Poland and Europe.

He has extensive experience in strategy, transformation and scaling of companies, P&L and capital management, leading and motivating complex teams, digital transformation, ESG, and Omnichannel. He always combines strategy execution with efficient operations.

During his professional career, he has frequently collaborated with industry institutions and agencies. He has been a speaker and panelist at multiple national and international conferences.

Currently, he is active as a Strategic Advisor and an Independent Member of Supervisory Boards, continually improving his qualifications through postgraduate studies and training. He also derives much satisfaction from being a Mentor. A graduate of Management at the University of Gdańsk, he has also completed development programs at top business schools in Europe, such as INSEAD, London Business School, Ashridge, ESADE, Oxford, St. Gallen, Lund University, and others.
