Anna Dmoch-Gołacka has more than 25 years of experience in the banking sector and broader financial services. She specialises in sales and business development, strategic project management and change management. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in the development and implementation of comprehensive business strategies, particularly in the context of their integration with long-term corporate goals. She held key positions at Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA and Raiffeisen Bank International AG, where she was responsible for the development of the institutional client segment and the implementation of the international ONE BANK project to standardise products and services across the RBI Group. As part of her role, she managed B2B client relationships and was also responsible for the implementation of sales strategies.

Previously, as Director of Integration and Projects at ProService Finteco, she successfully managed a portfolio of strategic projects in the area of investment fund accounting and led key initiatives related to the automation of operational processes.

Anna Dmoch-Gołacka is a graduate of prestigious universities, including the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Insurance and Banking. She also completed post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School and Leon Kozminski Academy, where she qualified as an independent member of supervisory boards. Her areas of expertise include risk management, corporate governance and strategic project and change management. She is certified in PRINCE2® and AgilePM®.

As a mentor and co-organiser of technology start-ups, she is involved in new technology projects such as a blockchain-based generative art platform. She is also active in the local community, where she chaired the PTA for nearly a decade, raising funds to develop educational infrastructure.
