Since 2006, he has been working for a WIG-20 company - Grupa KĘTY S.A. , currently in the position of Director of the Management Board Office. He has widespraed experience in the operation and service of the bodies of capital companies, including in the capital group, building and management of the organisational structure with consideration of the operation of the internal control and risk management systems, conducting due diligence, as well as implementing cost efficiency optimisation. Responsible for corporate governance of subsidiaries, including foreign companies and an active participant in committees conducting internal investigations.
Graduated in law from the University of Silesia in Katowice. Graduate of the MBA programme at the WSB-EY Academy of Business and a number of managerial programmes, e.g. improvement of business management skills at the Cracow Business School of the EU in Cracow. He is a graduate of industry-specific postgraduate programmes, including: capital market law and economics at the Warsaw School of Economics, accounting and finance at the Cracow University of Economics, business coach academy at the SWPS University in Katowice, professional supervisory board at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
