
Arkadiusz Krasowski
Arkadiusz Krasowski is currently an independent member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee at ING Bank Śląski S.A. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Harvard Club of Poland and the Vice-Chairman of the Business Council of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
Ex-EY partner with over 25 years of experience in serving clients from the financial sector, mainly in the area of audit and business advisory services. He was involved in many projects covering transaction advisory (due diligence, privatizations and public offerings), as well as advisory work for financial institutions, including the implementation of new regulatory frameworks, business optimization, sales of distressed receivables, implementation of a risk management system, and AML remediation. Within EY Poland, he was, among others, a member of the Partners Council and headed the financial markets audit practice.
He holds the qualifications of a certified public accountant in Poland (BR) and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, FCCA). In addition, he holds the qualifications of Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Harvard Business School (GMP) in Boston.
