Arleta Adamus
Arleta Adamus is a legal counsel who has always been associated with business. She is the Vice President of the Management Board of the InPost Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of the InPost group (Management Team). She has worked as a legal counsel with companies from the Orange Group, including Emitel S.A., and the PKN Orlen Group, including Orlen Oil sp. z o.o. In 2022, she was awarded the title of one of the top 25 business lawyers by Forbes Women. Currently, she serves as the Group General Counsel and Group Compliance Officer at InPost Group, listed on the Dutch stock exchange Euronext. The group operates in Poland, Iberia, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
As the Group General Counsel, she closely collaborates with the Supervisory Board at the company level in Luxembourg, as well as its committees such as the Audit Committee, Compensation and Nomination Committee, and ESG Committee.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, holds the title of legal counsel, and is a certified mediator. She also completed postgraduate studies in modern technologies at Jagiellonian University and postgraduate studies in Professional Supervisory Board at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw..
