Beata Baluta
Beata Baluta currently acts an independent member of the Supervisory Boards and Chair of the Audit Committees at Generali TU SA, Generali Życie TU SA and Generali Investments TFI SA, as well as an independent member of the Supervisory Board at Generali Finance Sp. z o.o.
In the past, she worked for almost 20 years in the financial supervision authorities (PUNU, UKNUiFE, UKNF) including as a department director.
At the PFSA, she was also responsible for cooperation with statutory auditors by heading the work of the Committee for Relations with Statutory Auditors. She represented the PFSA in the work of the Accounting Standards Committee, examination committees for statutory auditors and actuaries.
Beata is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. She is a certified public accountant in Poland.
