A strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in business transformation, innovation, and capital market development. She combines a deep understanding of financial markets with the ability to implement systemic change and create scalable business models that support the long-term growth of organizations.
She has held senior management roles in leading institutions such as Bank Pekao, Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion, and the IPOPEMA Group, where she led strategic projects ranging from regulatory integration and corporate repositioning to the development of new collaboration models and innovative market solutions. Known for bridging systemic thinking with practical execution, she has successfully supported organizations in strengthening resilience, competitive advantage, and sustainable market value.
She is currently with the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where she is responsible for the development of strategic partnerships and innovation, with a particular focus on creating and implementing scalable technologies that drive business growth and innovative investments.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and numerous executive development programs, including those focused on future-ready corporate governance, combining governance standards, innovation, and responsible leadership. She is a certified expert in change management, project management, and sustainable investing.
She serves on the Program Board of the Sustainable Investment Forum Poland and is also a member of EMCC Poland . Actively engaged as a mentor, she supports individuals and teams in discovering core values, redefining goals, and effectively managing change – both professionally and personally.
Privately, she is passionate about astronomy and space technologies and is the founder of Kosmiczna Akademia, an original educational project that promotes knowledge about space and new technologies among children, young people, and adults.
