Bożena Anioł
Bożena brings together global corporate experience at BASF SE—where she co-created the growth strategy for Central Europe and led large-scale projects, including supplier diversity in North America—with entrepreneurial practice as CEO of a Swiss manufacturing start-up.
Currently, she specializes in implementing technologies that drive pay transparency and equity. In 2025 she was honored as Work Equity Leader by the Congress of Women, the British Embassy, and Forbes Women.
She holds an MBA in International Business (University of Bristol and University of Economics in Katowice) and a Master’s degree in English Studies (University of Silesia and University of Illinois at Chicago). In 2025, she completed a postgraduate program for Non-Executive Board Members at Kozminski University.
