Dagmara Cieśla
Dagmara Cieśla graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice with a master’s degree in Finance and Investments. She holds a licence to practise as a British Chartered Accountant ACCA Practising Certificate for the United Kingdom and Ireland, which confirms her expertise in modern business management, auditing, management and financial accounting, risk management, strategic planning, law, and taxation.
Since May 2025, she has served as a Non-Executive Director / Member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Poland S.A.
For several years, she was associated with one of the largest private investment house in Poland, where she held the position of Management Board Member responsible for finance, taxation, and controlling across companies in Poland and abroad. Her responsibilities included the effective planning of capital and operational structures, liquidity and ensuring the efficiency of investment projects, primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
She began her professional career in the Audit, Risk, and Advisory departments of KPMG Poland and PwC Poland, where she held managerial positions. She managed projects related to the audit, capital market transactions, prospectus preparation, business consulting, and advisory services on investment processes such as acquisitions, divestments, restructurings etc.
