She participated in the creation and implementation of development strategies of many companies and has experience in conducting and supervising large mergers and acquisitions transactions and various capital projects.
She serves/served as a member of supervisory boards in several portfolio companies of PE, private and public companies.
She is/was a member of the management board in private (in Poland and abroad) and public companies.
She has worked for large capital groups, including family businesses and companies with Polish capital listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), as well as international corporations and PE investment funds.
She specializes in the business services, real estate and the technology sectors.
For several years she has been involved in mentoring projects, including: Fundacja Liderek Biznesu (EY) or the MIT Enterprise Forum Poland Foundation.
Participant of the prestigious mentoring program for "Emerging Global Women Business Leaders by FORTUNE 500 magazine in the USA (2008), where her mentor was the Vice-President of the Yale University.
Due to many years of cooperation with Polish entrepreneurs and private businesses, including family ones, she is close to issues related to succession.
A graduate of many educational programs, including the AMP IESE Business School program in Barcelona.
Privately, he is passionate about traveling, discovering new places and cultures and spending time in nature.
