Dorota Angotti

Dorota Angotti combines expertise gained in global financial and insurance organizations with hands-on experience in business strategy, data management, and the development of new technologies. As Global Data Acquisition Strategy Director at Coface, she is responsible for designing and executing a global data acquisition strategy across more than 220 countries, working with over 50 international partners and overseeing multi-million-euro budgets.

Dorota Angotti has unique knowledge and experience in corporate governance, risk management, AI, data analytics, data science, global expansion, entering new markets, strategy development and business growth, sales, and start-up involvement. Her career path consistently integrates technology, strategic leadership, and supervisory expertise in support of sustainable development and innovative business models.

Dorota Angotti has many years of experience collaborating with the Supervisory Boards of several Coface Group companies operating in financial services. As a Supervisory Board Member, she brings knowledge and experience gained over more than 30 years in leadership roles within international corporations, including Coface S.A., Kompass Poland Sp. z o.o., Acxiom, Citibank, and Marriott.

In the past, she served as President and Managing Director of Coface Holding, headquartered in Vienna (2013–2023), President and Managing Director of Kompass Poland Sp. z o.o. (2003–2013), and Vice President and Managing Director of Coface Poland Sp. z o.o. (2005–2007). Dorota Angotti has extensive experience coordinating business operations worldwide and advising local Management Boards, gained through regional and global roles such as Global Director of Data Acquisition (2023–present), CEE Regional Director (2013–2023), and Global Director for Business Development (2017–2019).

Committed to women’s advancement and promoting diversity in business, she served as a mentor at the Foundation of Women Leaders in Business and as a program advisor at the Together for Diversity Foundation. Through her work, she supports building organizations grounded in equality and ethical leadership.

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in International Economic and Political Relations and holds postgraduate qualifications in AI, Data Science & Big Data.
