Interim Manager and an independent expert in change management, operational transformation and management system design, a Business Transformation Architect with 25 years of experience in strategic, transformational and succession projects delivered for organizations such as mBank, BGŻ BNP Paribas, Sygnity, as well as for manufacturing, service, B2B and family-owned companies. She supports enterprises during periods of change, scaling and professionalization of management structures, focusing on building effective operational and financial models.

She combines strategic and operational competencies, including transformation, controlling, implementation of Business Intelligence systems, and the design of organizational structures and management processes. Her experience includes integration, restructuring and optimization projects, as well as the development of management oversight mechanisms and organizational performance frameworks. She supports management boards in monitoring strategy execution and ensuring operational stability.

She is a Certified Interim Manager® and holds the Growing Pains Strategy certificate, confirming advanced competencies in diagnosing growth barriers and designing scalable business models. She is actively involved in the Interim Managers Association (SIM) – serving as a Management Board Member since 2022 and as President of the Management Board since 2024. For 15 years, she has served as a mentor in the Early Warning Europe, Women’s Entrepreneurship Network (Sieć Przedsiębiorczych Kobiet) and Youth Business Poland programs.
