Ewa Drozd
Ewa Drozd has more than 25 years of professional experience, of which she has devoted the last 20 years to the new technology industry. She currently specializes in strategic consultancy, preparing companies for digital transformation, in particular with the application of artificial intelligence.
As an experienced manager, Ewa Drozd has served as vice-president of the management board and held various managerial positions both in Poland and internationally in the CEE and CIS regions (at SAP and Microsoft). She was responsible for international teams (in 34 countries), sales, business development, supervision of strategic projects on behalf of Management Boards (in CEE &CIS region, Austria and Ukraine). She has worked with major Polish and European companies in the fuel, energy, pharmaceutical, retail, public and manufacturing sectors. She has worked with the largest technology partners in the world and in Poland. Her experience includes business development, channel sales (direct and indirect), foreign expansion, leading restructuring and digital transformation projects, participation in Steering Committees overseeing projects and programs for the implementation of new technology solutions, as well as performance improvement and team development (reskilling/upskilling). In addition, she was a long-term member of the international crisis management and compliance team.
Ewa is a member of EWOB (European Women on Board), the Women's Energy Community (in energy), a mentor of the Women's Entrepreneur Network, a Career Transformation Coach (CSR), Clifton Strengths Coach and CEO/co-founder at Letsfuture. Ewa is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and of business psychology at the Warsaw School of Economics.
