Ewa Woroszył
Has over 25 years of experience in finance in companies developing new technologies in the Polish and international markets, served on the Supervisory Board of ZEN.COM.
Currently, she is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Board at Autopay Group, operating in the fintech industry, providing services to the financial telecommunication and e-commerce sector in Poland. Previously, she was the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Board for the CEE region at the media Group Dentsu listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. She also developed one of the world's largest digital marketplaces, G2A.COM, where she worked as the Global CFO in Poland, Hong Kong, and the Netherlands. Prior to that, for 3 years, she was a Director at PwC Dubai and a member of the Quality Committee for the MENA region. She spent over 14 years at PwC Poland where she progressed through all career levels in the Assurance department, leading advisory projects and leading audit teams for listed companies from various industries in Poland, the USA, UK, Germany, France, and Sweden. She began her career in 1994 at Deloitte Poland.
Actively involved in the 30% Club Poland, a social campaign promoting diversity in company management.
She has held ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) titles since 2000 and a Practicing Certificate since 2007. Graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw.
