Jakub Leonkiewicz
Jakub currently acts as independent Supervisory Board Member and Audit Committee Member at two Polish publicly listed companies – Hydrotor SA as well as XTB Brokers SA.
Jakub has started his career at JPMorgan in London in Mergers and Acquisitions, Diversified Industrials team, thereafter, moving to coverage team in Warsaw, Poland. Over his 15 years career as investment banker he advised in numerous M&A and capital raising transactions for corporates and governments in Poland, Europe and USA.
In 2015 he co-founded a growth private equity fund Avia Capital, investing in export driven CEE companies.
Jakub is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Banking), he also studied at London School of Economics (CEMS Masters) and Universitat zu Kiel.
