In 2017-2018, Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, and in 2017-2021, President and Vice-President of the Supervisory board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. Expertise in ownership supervision, corporate law and capital market law. Co-author of the Best Practices of Companies Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 2021.
