Jan Woźniak

Currently Chairman of non-executive board and head of remuneration committee of Sanok Rubber Company S.A., member of non-executive board and head of audit committee of Mennica Polska S.A. i Ferro S.A.
Formerly was a non-executive board member of eSaliens AM, Pfleiderer Grajewo, Polimex – Mostostal, Sygnity, Exorigo – UPOS, Bomi, Techmex, FOR – NET. From 1994 to 2004 worked as head of Global Markets sales for Citibank Poland S.A. and Bank Handlowy S.A. Jan was an executive board member at HSBC Bank Polska S.A. responsible for Global Markets from 2004 till 2008. In 2009 he founded corporate finance advisory and private equity investment company DSW AFM, which he manages until today.
Graduate of Foreign Trade and Banking & Finance faculties at Warsaw School of Economics. He obtained a securities broker license from Polish SEC in 1994.
Jan is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of German.
