Katarzyna Ishikawa
Katarzyna Ishikawa has been a practicing attorney since 2001. She currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Capital Park S.A. and a Member of the Supervisory Board of MOUNT Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.. She also holds the position of a member of Chapter Zero Poland, whose organizer in Poland is Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu (FOB).
From 2004 to 2007 she held the position of an arbitrator of the Stock Exchange Court at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In addition, she served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Call Center Poland S.A. from 2002 to 2007 and as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Budlex S.A. (then Budlex Sp. z o.o.) from 2017 to 2021.
Katarzyna has twenty years of experience in servicing public companies. She is interested in legal issues related to the capital market, as well as internal audit, compliance functions and ESG issues.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She completed both the judicial training and attorney's training. Katarzyna completed several postgraduate studies, e.g. ‘Internal Audit’ at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow Academy, ‘CSR’ and ‘Goals of Sustainable Development in a Company Strategy’ at the Leon Kozminski University in Warsaw. She is currently a participant in postgraduate studies ‘Compliance Policy in an Organization’ at the Leon Kozminski University in Warsaw.
